This poem recently flowed through (which I shared on my podcast) and I feel inspired to share it...
Beneath the programs of
Not good enough
Is an Endless Flow of Love, a
Celebration of my Essence, and
All my Manifestations
I open to Give and Receive
All the Beauty within and around me
I'm here to Live It Up
Here I Am
Next Leveling Up
Divine Loving is
More than loving
Some ideal imagined version of myself, just like
More than just
Imagining figures of light
It's illuminating the darkness
It's Here Now This
No longer will I compete
Against other versions of me
I already won
I am the One
I am coming into Harmony with
Who I Truly Am
Peace, Love, Grace ~*

My medicine is asking myself, what do I feel inspired to do? Often there’s an action or creative outlet, a tiny spark of light amidst a sky of black, that I swim to with all my might. So here I am, showing up to write.
Your Sacred Journey of Life has brought you to this moment. This Holy Moment, Here, Now.
Every cell, every atom, every spark of Life Force Energy manifesting here, are vibrationally aligning for You. Your Creative Power is Ripe and Alive inside You. I invite you to tune in… Feel the Magnificence of your Being. This Is Who You Truly Are.
When you give thanks, live, and create from this Space, life flows in Miraculous Ways...
It's that time of year again... I may be a few days late in reviewing 2019, but I’ve decided to give myself an extra week to transition into 2020. Now feels like the perfect moment to dive into appreciating and honouring this last year.
As I look back, three major themes emerge…
