MIRROR WORK

I’m reading “Life Loves You” about Louise Hay’s Divine Perspective of choosing and embracing that Reality, enhanced and amplified by mirror work. I LOVE it, even though it can be crunchy sometimes looking at aspects of myself that aren’t the shiniest, most media - approved bits (i.e. cellulite, muscular physique, soft tummy, unique boobs). It’s tempting to want to change to fit the mould of the aesthetic of what media suggests I should look like.
Yet as an Artist, I’m here to embody and express my own Authentic Vibe, and for me that means opening up to LOVE this Unique Expression of Source. I remember a few years ago in Maui, I went on an adventure to a waterfall with two awesome women. After we stripped down to swim in the warm waters, I noticed one of the Goddess’ cellulite, and how it looked like the rugged energetic patterns on the Earth. Suddenly something that the media had told me was shameful and wrong, now looked Beautiful, Sacred, and Sexy.
One of the amazing things about social media is we get to own our Power. We get to be intentional and selective of what Energy and Consciousness we blend with. And even better, we get to Creatively Express our Inspiration. Even writing this post and looking at this photo is an act of LOVE. To See the Godde / Goddess / God / Great Love in Me. And to even feel my shadows of seeking validation, feeling not good enough, and protecting myself with limited stories / fears, and bear hug it All into my Heart… Infinitely Lovable. Fucking Adorable.
A Beautiful aspect of including social media with mirror work, is it gets to ripple outwards and not just Liberate Me, but also You, and / or whoever aligns with it. I Desire to feel Worthy and Lovable in this Divine Embodiment. Creating that for Myself and sharing is part of this Journey. Soul many levels and layers, and my Reference Point is becoming more and more LOVE.
In this moment I also have the honour of your Consciousness, and if I can Bless You Up, I’ll tell you this… Life Loves You. Even when it seems like it doesn’t, it Really, Really, Does. You have no idea how much Godde Loves You. And this is All Godde. Let go of ideas of what you think that means and Be Present with Divine Presence. Open your mind and eyes to See how this is all Flowing Perfectly for You. You are not forgotten. You are Totally Held and Loved. Heaven on Earth is Here Now. It’s Dark and Light and Day and Night and All of It… Creation. Enjoy.
