Eufloria (2020) was one of my deepest dives, lyrically and musically. It was self-produced in beautiful Powell River, British Columbia.

I felt like it was important to be the change I wanted to see, and part of that is shadow work. Owning that it’s cool even for those on the spiritual path to do the deep inner work.

The album brings you on a healing journey of empowerment. It explores vulnerably healing, courageously rising, and emerging into awesome New Levels of Love.

It felt like “musically taking my bra off” as I let myself be authentic, dark, and ultimately Divine. I challenged myself to write songs primarily with my voice and computer, beyond my beloved guitar. Then I made music videos, which were an amazing evolution of the medicine.
