✨ENERGETIC HONESTY✨

Many of us were conditioned to be fake. To not speak up, to act perfect, to be acceptable to people who our survival depended upon. Often that meant denying feelings, exporting them with addictions, and operating in just a tip of the ice berg degree of our true selves.

Sometimes I ask myself, how Authentically Me do I feel right now? 5%? 40%? 90%? What would support me to feel like I can be %100 or even %1,000,000 Myself?

For me, being energetically honest is a big key. Expressing my true feelings and hopefully being met with Love. Feeling like what I feel matters, that my unique perspective is very valuable, and even the smallest concern is handled with care, compassion, and leadership to create change.

Why, in some environments, do I feel “not allowed” to be energetically honest? To speak about what I truly feel with Love, and experience the Soul safety of also experiencing others sharing what they truly feel with Love? Is it my opportunity to break the ice sometimes? Yes. Are my attempts always met with the level of emotional safety I crave? No. Can I still do my best to positively influence the culture by being the change I wish to see, as a Love Leader? Yes.

Singing and songwriting is a great way to not just make sense of emotions / energies, but also share them in a meaningful way that can inspire others into greater Authenticity and emotional Expression. When we’re in Soulful Harmony, we can experience Soulful Harmony Together.
